Job Summary of ERP Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Senior Sales Executive with experience selling ERP software solutions. This position provides sales acumen to both pre-sales and post sales implementation solutions.
We seek an experienced professional with strong ERP software solution knowledge. Our ideal candidate is a self-starting, detail-oriented, committed team player that understands complex ERP sales workflows. You will drive business impacting solutions and will be comfortable working with all levels of customer leadership. The position will entail working as part of a fast-paced team with consultants, marketing, managers, and software engineers focused on delivering outstanding customer value.

Responsibilities & Duties as ERP Sales Executive
Achieving quarterly and annual sales target with new and current customers
Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets
Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating Adifo Products
Always Representing Adifo in a positive and professional manner
Maintaining accurate and timely data daily in CRM system
Track and update leads and opportunities in CRM system
Staying current on all Odoo products and industry trends
Gaining competitive knowledge and understanding how to best position Odoo Products
Achieving a minimum performance of 100% of quota by the end of the first year of work by developing and executing an annual plan including sales targets, target customers, activity metrics, and high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills as ERP Sales Executive
College graduate or equivalent
Integrity and a strong work ethic
Superior oral, telephone, and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Results-focused attitude
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision (after initial training)
Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team
Effective relationship builder: the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers, team members, management, and partners
Strong drive towards superior customer satisfaction
Odoo CRM knowledge a plus
Mastery of overall sales processes
Must be open to personal and professional development
Must want to be on a winning team and have fun!
